If you blow-dry, straighten or curl your hair regularly, you're often confronted with your hair breaking quickly and looking dry by frequent washing. In the following, we'll give you a few tips on how to care for your hair using simple household products.


  1. Coconut oil

Coconut oil is excellent for dry hair, as it provides a lot of moisture and seeps deep into the hair. Plainly massage the oil into the hairline and leave it to soak in overnight. Rinse your hair the next morning. Repeat this once or twice a week.


  1. Olive or almond oil

Olive or almond oil also contributes plenty of moisture. It can be used like any other hair oil or as a treatment for one or two hours.


  1. Aloe Vera

Fresh Aloe Vera juice is perfect for effective hair treatment as well. It provides many vitamins which strengthen the hair additionally. Pour the liquid directly into your hair and leave it for about 10 to 15 minutes. This should also be repeated several times a week.

Dissolve a tablespoon of honey into a glass of lukewarm water and add about one teaspoon of lemon juice. Then pour the mixture into a spray bottle and spread it over your wet or dry hair. Repeat it as often as you like. You don't need to wash out the mixture afterwards.
